By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information including contact details and group size.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour and receive a full credit toward another date, time, or tour (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Bayside Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Weather Policy

At Bayside Adventures, the safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority.

We carefully monitor weather conditions and tidal patterns to ensure our tours remain both enjoyable and safe. In the event that weather conditions are deemed unsafe for water activities, we will contact you prior to your scheduled tour to arrange a rescheduled time.

Guests affected by weather-related cancellations will be offered the option to reschedule their tour at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Bayside Adventures reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel tours due to adverse weather, sea conditions, or other safety concerns.

Drone Photo & Media Release Policy

During select tours, Bayside Adventures may capture drone footage, photographs, and videos of guests participating in activities.

By participating in a Bayside Adventures tour, you grant permission for Bayside Adventures to use any photos or videos taken during the experience for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, including use on our website, advertising materials, and social media platforms.

These images and videos help us showcase the beauty of South Caicos and the experiences we provide to future guests.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify a staff member or your guide before the start of your tour, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

All captured media remains the property of Bayside Adventures. Guests may be provided with select photos or clips at the company’s discretion.

Safety Requirements

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff. Bayside Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who:

• Appears intoxicated

• Behaves dangerously or irresponsibly

• Fails to follow safety guidelines

Participation in water activities carries inherent risks, and guests participate at their own risk.

Liability

Bayside Adventures is not responsible for:

• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow instructions

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

• Delays or cancellations due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

Guests may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in tours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Bayside Adventures website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Bayside Adventures and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms

Bayside Adventures reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
