At Bayside Adventures, we strive to provide you with an exceptional experience on the water. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our company policies below.
Cancellations made 48 hrs prior to
Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before their tour and receive a full credit toward another date, time, or tour (subject to availability).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund or credit.Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice will forfeit their booking deposit.
Booking Deposit
All booking deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance.
Credit Application
Any credits issued for cancellations made within the specified timeframe can be used to book future tours but are not redeemable for cash or refunds.
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us directly via phone or email.

Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may affect your tour, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. In such cases, you will be offered a full credit for your booking deposit.
Weather Conditions
We take precautions to ensure our tours are not just enjoyable but also safe for all guests. We monitor the weather and tidal patterns to ensure that there are no adverse weather conditions that will negatively impact tours.
If weather conditions are unsafe for tours we will contact you before your tour to reschedule at no additional cost.
Our crew will provide a safety briefing and demonstration prior to all tours and rides to ensure that guests are able to properly use equipment and are aware of what
constitutes an emergency during a tour and how to flag for assistance.
Guests must wear protective and floatation devices for the entire duration of the tour regardless of age, gender or ability.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of excursion.
Payment can be rendered in the form of cash, bank/wire transfers, mobile bank options (PayPal or any similar application) and through our credit/debit card machine.
No personal checks will be accepted unless arranged prior to the tour.
